Since Aspire Visual Communications + Design was established in 2012, we’ve been taking ideas and creating possibilities. Carla Radosta and Peter Lancaster founded the family-owned design studio owing to their combined experience of over 35 years in the graphic design industry and a united effort to succeed as a new, small business.
Rooted in Oakland, Aspire has grown from simple idea into thriving realization, and has since branched out into a well-organized team of creative professionals. Our combined expertise covers the entire creative process - from design to production, from logo and identity development to marketing strategy, from publication design to full-scale advertisement campaigns, and all across a diverse range of media. From communication design and corporate identities to managing large marketing plans and budgets, Carla’s broad scope of talents offer to serve any creative team well.
Peter Lancaster
Accounts Manager & Designer
Principal
As co-founder, accounts manager, and graphic designer, Peter dedicates himself to organizing all operations within Aspire. Peter works as the head of daily operations, client relations, and graphic production.
Adam Mercer

Adam Mercer is Aspire's Website Design and Social Marketing Manager who builds and codes all web presences.
